Both schools have worked hard for the carrying out of eight national education standards seriously, the cooperation between the principal, teachers and educational personnel, parents, community and school committee of the shareholders, in a superior way to school. In terms of improved qualitative education related to student achievement, increase spirit, work ethic and commitment of teachers, school sense of belonging, among students and teachers. In terms of quantitative been a significant increase in the quality improvement of school education with the goal enhancing the status of the national standard schools into superior school. The results of the study were obtained from two elementary schools in improved way of its management, learning processes, facilities and infrastructure and co-curricular activities. The foundation of this research analysis conducted with the theoretical base. Data collection technique that conducted is the technique of observation, interview and documentation techniques. The purpose of the study was to determine in general, describe and analyze studies to improve the quality elementary school education to the national standard of superior school.
